The Prudential awards program honors agents with some of the most respected and distinguished accolades in our industry. As you build on your success, you'll earn impressive designations that let your colleagues and clients know the extent of your expertise. Among the most coveted are the awards that rank recipients in the top percentiles of all Prudential agents nationwide:
Production that qualifies for 2010 Annual Awards must have:
1. Closed between January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2010.
2. Been reported through Prudential Real Estate Databridge.
3. Must be reported no later than January 14, 2011.
Sales professional awards reporting is done using data entry screens that are available on PREA Center during scheduled awards reporting periods. Totals for Office and Company awards are received from Databridge reporting.
Sales professionals who join Prudential Real Estate during 2010 can apply any pre-affiliate GCI toward qualification for non-competitive awards.
2010 Awards & Recognition Program Details
The goal of Prudential Real Estate's Competitive Awards Program is to recognize the top producers out of the entire International Prudential Real Estate community.
The 2010 Non-Competitive awards criteria is listed below:
| Award | Minimum GCI | Minimum Units |
| Chairman's Circle - Diamond | $750,000 Residential or Commercial GCI | 150 Residential Units |
| Chairman's Circle - Platinum | $500,000 Residential or Commercial GCI | 100 Residential Units |
| Chairman's Circle - Gold | $280,000 Residential or Commercial GCI | 70 Residential Units |
| President's Circle | $185,000 Residential or Commercial GCI | 50 Residential Units |
| Leading Edge Society | $120,000 Residential or Commercial GCI | 35 Residential Units |
| Honor Society | $75,000 Residential or Commercial GCI | 25 Residential Units |
Winners must reach the above minimum requirements in either GCI or Units. Criteria for 2010 Annual awards is the same for the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
